Social presence
Having a great social media presence is important and can help your business and can help your business grow, but this can only happen if you can learn how to give your followers what they want. There are some great ways any business can increase their social media presence and help their business grow. The first step is to identify your objectives and goals. Make sure you know how each platform works, and what audiences you can reach where and what you want to get out this to achieve your goals. Let them know you are human. let your customers see your softer side, which means interact with your followers so you can understand what their needs and wants are and to show them that you are more interested in them than just making money. Don't just stick to the one social media platform, have some variety, as not all people use just the one page ie people might prefer Instagram to Facebook. also go further in customer service, if your customers have complaints then deal with them quickly and effectively as to not lose their custom. The most important thing is to research! look into latest trends and fashions etc to see where your product/service fits in and how to market your creation the best way to get the most viewings.

ReplyDeleteReally good post that helped me understand these two key concepts, the way in which it was written made it much more interesting in my opinion and kept me reading right the way through
ReplyDeleteThis a really good article, especially regarding peoples power being linked with their monetary wealth., sad but true the whole world over.
ReplyDeleteThe John Rampton link is really informative one but was amassed in adverts flashing up on both sides which is quite off-putting while reading it and maybe I am being too forward but is there a particular reason for the change in font size from part one to part two?
I visited the webpage of the second link, excellent reading with so many interlinks that were really really good, I could sit and browse that webpage link all day as there is so many different links to Social Media uses and thankfully, unlike the first link, did not contain flash and change advertising while reading the main article. Really useful second link within a really useful bog. Good job done.
